I stayed here for 3 wks during a work trip. 3 wks and 3 different rooms. This is a budget hotel. Nothing fancy. However, customer service was good, rooms were clean, and breakfast was good. I felt safe while there as I was traveling solo. The location is great right off the interstate, and there are many food options nearby, a grocery store, and a Starbucks. My only complaints during my stay were that the lights were very dim in all rooms i was in, and I had a few plumbing issues with the toilet on wk 3. The toilet wouldn't flush when i arrived, and maintenance wasn't in, so the front desk gave me a plunger. It worked however it continued to not flush off and on during my stay. I just went to dollar tree across the street and bought a plunger to keep in the room so I had it if needed. The hotel could use a few upgrades, especially in the plumbing department. I didn't use the pool area, but it looked decent. Overall I would stay here again if in the area.
Hi, The hotel is fine. We didn't experience any issues. Staff was fiendly. Nice hot breakfast. The room was nice. Our first stay we had a king bed, next stay we had two doubles. Room with the doubles also had a sink area, and the room seemed larger. They also have a nice indoor pool & a great little workout area. Had everything, bench, dumbells, bike, treadmill & an elliptical. Also, a TV and a primo water machine, which I tested several times. Lol. Thanks Don.
While the bathroom needs some maintenance, was happy with the accommodations. Spacious. Please, please update your toilets with the ADA recommended height. I felt like I was squatting on the floor. Is older folks have a harder time getting up. I would still recommend this hotel and plan to come back to the area and will stay at this location again. Also the lady who prepares the breakfast is such a lovely and kind person. She was very attentive and made sure everybody was happy and had what they needed. She made our day!
While traveling for work this week, I stayed at the Comfort Suites Twinsburg the other night. The front desk clerk was very friendly and helpful. She recommended I eat at Brewsters across the street and I really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and service. My room was clean and well-maintained. I noticed that the lower level rooms had been remodeled, but they hadn't reached the second floor where I stayed. It was perfectly fine though. When I left yesterday, the cleaners had already re-washed the lobby floors again, which were plenty clean beforehand. To me, that just shows that they follow their procedures and take pride in a clean property. I travel for work frequently and would have no concerns about coming back to this location again.
